I Made $1,000 in 30 Days Writing on Medium — Here’s How
Ever since I started writing online I’ve been on a quest to earn $1,000 in a single month.
Why $1,000? It’s one of those psychological barriers that once you’re able to overcome it, anything seems possible.
Originally I planned to make $1,000 from Google Adsense and affiliate links on my personal finance blog. That proved much harder to do than I ever thought.
I had heard you could make money on Medium so l I decided to check it out for myself. In seven months I’ve reached 1,000 followers and surpassed my goal of earning $1,000 in a single month.
Most of that success came during the month of June when I decided to publish an essay a day for 30 days. I spent 80 hours typing away at my computer and published 45,730 words in the process.
The secret: you have to write consistently.
